Khiladi 786: Rohit Shetty directs Akshay’s stunts

Rohit Shetty, known for his film's larger-than-life stunts, designed the action in Akshay's latest film Khiladi 786.

The film's director Aashish R Mohan had assisted Rohit for seven years. Because of the rapport they share, Rohit agreed to direct a few action scenes for the film.

Before shooting started, he discussed the stunts at length with Akshay. He was particular about establishing the actor's character, Bahattar Singh.

"In his opening scene, which took five-and-a-half days to shoot, Akshay dressed as a cop, drives into a tabela where goons are creating trouble and beats them up," says a source.
