"I am in a very happy phase now. Esha is married; Ahana will be, in the course of time. Dharamji is always there by my side. What more do I need?" she said with a smile.
"As for films, I have not signed any film yet as I am waiting for the right script. I am an artist and I will always be working. But a film should match my personality and should be primarily based on a woman, for me to go forward with it," she added.
She also mentions that her daughter, Esha, who is married to businessman Bharat Takhtani, will start a family in a year's time. "She cannot start a family immediately. Youngsters today plan properly. She has her own things going on; there are dance shows, so there is no hurry," Hema shared.
Recently there were reports that the actress asked for a whopping 1 crore for film. However the actress completely denies this. Hema said, "I don't know who made up this news. 1 crore is not a small amount. I would never ask for such an amount without knowing the role. Instead, I want to speak to the producer who is spreading such rumours."
