Hema Malini's younger daughter Ahana Deol engaged

Sister Esha Deol tied the knot with businessman Bharat Takhtani in June last year, and last evening, Hema Malini and Dharmendra's youngest daughter, Ahana, got engaged to Vaibhav Vora, a Delhi businessman. The private ceremony took place at Hema Malini's residence at Juhu Scheme.

Ahana and Vaibhav, who met last year at Esha's wedding, have been in a relationship for a few months now. However, only close friends and relatives were aware about their liaison. A friend of Ahana told TOI, "After Esha's wedding last year, Ahana and Vaibhav instantly hit it off. The two were very serious about each other and sensing their commitment, both the families gave their consent within no time."

When TOI contacted the family, an elated Hema Malini said, "This is another big day in my life. Last year around the same time, Esha got married. And now, Ahana is getting ready to tie the knot. Once again, it's celebration time for us. Vaibhav is a very nice guy. We are very happy with the arrangement."

Trained in the Odissi dance form since a young age by guru Rabindra Atibuddhi, the youngest Deol has done stage shows all over the country and abroad, along with her mother and sister Esha. Other than classical dancing, she is also interested in fashion designing.

When we asked Hema Malini about the probable wedding dates, she simply said, "I shall tell you when we finalise it."
