Bharti does the Gangnam for South film

Comedienne and entertainer Bharti Singh recently shot for her first item number in a South film. The song, titled Gangamman Style, is from the Kannada movie Rangan Style.

The video, which has already become quite popular on the internet, is a take on PSY's superhit number Gangnam Style, albeit the tune is different. A source from the film's crew says that Bharti readily accepted this number when they approached her. The number sees her dancing along with the film's hero Pradeep.

Bharti will host the forthcoming season of India's Got Talent, along with Mantra. The two were last seen together in a stand-up comedy show. Says a source, "Bharti and Mantra's comic timing will infuse humour in the show, which is likely to hit the tube some time in December or January, next year."
