Shah Rukh Khan has always been an intelligent investor. After the landmark of a home, a successful IPL team and properties in Dubai the star has apparently invested in a lavish property in the heart of the city.

The diarist has learnt that SRK bought two floors in a 64-storey tower in Lalbaug for Rs 100-core plus earlier this year. The deal, which was struck in the offices of the senior members of the real estate company, has been kept under the wraps for obvious reasons.
