Ali Zafar didn't intend to make fun of Shahid Afridi

It seems actor Ali Zafar is not willing to take any risks with ace Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi. Hence, he has gone out of his way to come clean on his dig at the cricketer in his upcoming film 'Total Siyappa'.

A Mid-Day report says that there is a scene where both Ali and his co-star Yaami Gautam are making fun of Afridi. They both are exchanging an amusing banter when they make fun of the cricketer.

Ali hopes that the cricketer will take that in sporting spirit and reiterates that it was not meant to hurt anyone's feelings. He hopes that the cricketer sees the trailer and takes it in the right spirit.

Total Siyappa is a comedy film that will see Ali Zafar paired with Yaami Gautam. The line was added as it was important for the story.
