It was Kareena's first appearance on the show and she was visibly nervous as she said "Meri toh band bajne wali hai aaj." But as the show progressed all her nervousness disappeared as she mingled with the different members of the Sharma family.
As the fun and laughter continued, Kapil requested Kareena to join him on stage and shake a leg to one of his all-time favorite songs, Pyaar Hua Ikraar Hua from the evergreen classic, 'Shree 420'. In fact, so enthralled was Kapil by the song, that he even managed to get an umbrella as the two danced together recreating the epic on-screen picturisation of the song. While Kapil and Kareena together set the tone and created an aura of romance, it was Imran's turn to take it forward as he tried to dodge a marriage proposal from the self-proclaimed young, peppy and hot Bhua.
If all this was not enough, cute and chirpy next-door neighbour of the Sharma household, Palak donned a completely different avatar as she adopted Kareena's character from the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham - Poo. While Palak tried her best to steal the thunder with her glamorous look and accented English, it was Kareena's quirky jibe that set the audience rolling in laughter. When Palak reiterated the dialogue, "Tumhe koi haq nahi ki tum itni...", Kareena quickly added "badsurat lago".
But later, on the show when Palak challenged Kareena for a hip-shaking dance competition to the song 'Tooh' the actress humbly accepted defeat being totally awed by Palak's over the top persona.
