Bollywood has reinvented itself over the years and incorporated the kissing regime more often than not in its various films. While we associate the likes of Emraan Hashmi and Mallika Sherawat to be the pioneers who have successfully puckered up many a times onscreen, there have been a few others who didn't showcase the required flaming desire onscreen. Tanishaa Mukherji and Uday Chopra: Before Tanishaa became a household name with her stint in the 'Bigg Boss 7' house, she was known as Kajol's younger sister or the girl who kissed Uday Chopra several times on screen. While the two were busy making a bold statement for cinegoers, their smooches in the film 'Neal 'N' Nikki' did not garner the response they were expecting. More desperate than desirable, Tanisha and Uday's string of silver screen kisses can be included in the worst ever lip-locks in Hindi cinema.

John Abraham and Kangna Ranaut: The dapper John Abraham and the chic Kangna Ranaut paired up together in 'Shootout At Wadala' and audiences expected sparks to fly especially in the film's most hyped love-making scene. However, the hype resulted only in a whimper of a response from the audiences who had to be tortured with a gawky and ungraceful kiss between the two. If given a choice we'd like to erase that horrifying memory of the unpleasant encounter between the two from our minds.

Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif: Shah Rukh Khan was one of the few actors who had vowed to not kiss his leading ladies in films. He however, broke his promise for the leggy actress Katrina Kaif and went on to kiss her in Yash Chopra's last film 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan'. The kiss looked more platonic than romantic and goes down in the history of Indian cinema as one of the most worst kisses of Bollywood.

Saif Ali Khan and Diana Penty: Saif Ali Khan is a good kisser and we have references from his various films like 'Salaam Namaste' and 'Kurbaan' to prove that. However he did a convincing job with Deepika Padukone by his side in 'Cocktail', he did not have such luck with the other leading lady in the film, Diana Penty. Saif and Diana's kiss was awkward to say the least. While he settled for the quiet Meera played by Diana in the movie, we thought we saw more passion when he bent forward to kiss Veronica played by Deepika.

Kalki Koechlin and Prosenjit Chatterjee: Kalki and Prosenjit's locked lips in their film 'Shanghai' and you may have guessed it how we rate their 'steamy scene' as we have included it in our horrible kisses list. A kiss between a young Kalki and an older man played by Prosenjit shocked a major part of the audience. A video of the scene was leaked online adding fuel to the buzz before the film's release but it mostly attracted negative publicity than anything else.
