After the epic Oscar selfie by Ellen DeGeneres, Bollywood hero Shahid Kapoor too has posted a selfie of himself with other Bollywood celebs. The actor, who hosted a prestigious awards ceremony in Tampa Bay in the US, has posted this selfie on Twitter and the pic has been retweeted 746 times! Interestingly Kevin Spacey, who was in the Oscar selfie, is also a part of this picture. Besides Kevin Spacey, Farhan Akhtar, Sonakshi Sinha, Anil Kapoor, Shatrughan Sinha and Luv Sinha also posed for the picture.

Miley Cyrus sported a Lil' Kim daring outfit for the Halloween night. The controversial star took to Twitter to show off her tribute to Lil' Kim's dress that she wore in 1999 at the MTV Video Music Awards, that has just a sequin pasty on one side. Cyrus wore a floral jumpsuit and periwinkle pasty and sported a purple wig to match with the dress. The 21-year old singer snapped a series of selfies to share with her fans on social media. Lil' Kim also showed her support of Miley's sentiment of "just being Miley" and told MTV News "How awesome was that! Put it this way, she did me very well, I think she looked gorgeous. I love her; she's one of my besties." She added on: "The purple pasty with the purple hair is something that kids love, women love, and men love and people all over the world loved. "When people give you that compliment on Halloween, it's huge."

Kim Kardashian who has tried hard to lose her post-baby weight, even revealed that she had used the Atkins diet in a bid to lose weight. Through this selfie, it seems that the new mom was quite desperate to flaunt her bikini bod in a very revealing high-cut white swimsuit. The swimsuit had high-cut bottom and a low-cut back that showed her famous curves and also exposed her noticeable sideboob. Kim K captioned her revealing swimsuit picture as '#No filter'. Kanye West seemed quite thrilled and tweeted "HEADING HOME NOW" after the racy swimsuit picture was posted by his fiancee on Instagram. Kim shared her selfie with her 10 million Instagram followers and in just five hours, the image got around 400,000 likes.

Rapper Nicki Minaj, who is known for sporting different hair-styles, gave a pleasant surprise to her fans on Instagram when she posted a series of shower selfies. The 31-year-old rapper posted her naked shower selfies and flaunted her original hair and natural look without any make-up and hair dos unlike her style. Well, the interesting fact is that the singer left all the pictures without any caption, perhaps she just wanted to keep her fans guessing. Some of the mobile apps even banned her shower selfies. Although the Super Bass singer is new to the revealing selfie syndrome, she finally Nicki took to Instagram and got naked in a series of her shower selfies to please her four million followers.

Next in our list is Rihanna who is quite obssessed with this selfie syndrome. Rihanna has been sharing her pictures with followers on Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram almost regularly. She has posted a variety of selfies: make-up free selfies, early-morning selfies, bikini shots, holiday beach pics, etc. etc. Her pictures give you a closer insight into the kind of a person she is. Some of her selfies expose her breasts, some are clicked while she is travelling, some show her depressed face, so she has always been communicating her moods to her followers on social networks through this selfie syndrome.

British singer Sofia Hayat is well-known for her stint on Indian reality show Bigg Boss. Sofia showed off her well rounded and toned figure in this selfie of hers which she posted on Twitter. She has very well exposed her bikini body in this picture and is looking super-sexy in a black and white bikini. We can say that Miss Hayat has a selfie syndrome since she is a self-proclaimed "selfie queen". Her fans can find a lot of selfies tweeted on her Twitter account with different captions like, Todays makeup #selfie, Pre bedtime #selfie, Hector bored of the selfie, etc. Sofia Hayat is know for putting up a fight against the rude behaviour of Armaan Kohli (fellow Bigg-Boss contestant).

Ellen DeGeneres shared this selfie, clicked during the Oscars night, on Twitter and the picture became the most retweeted ever leaving behind President Barack Obama's record of retweets. The picture reached 779,295 retweets in approximately half an hour. The selfie showed Hollywood stars including (from left) Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, DeGeneres, Kevin Spacey, Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt, Lupita Nyong'o and her brother and Angelina Jolie. Obama had tweeted an image titled "Four more years" during his re-election in November 2012, which held the record of most retweeted picture ever. Obama teased Ellen DeGeneres for bringing "a bunch of celebrities" to break his record. So, Obama seems to be quite afraid of this celebrity selfie syndrome developing in most of the international celebrities.
