Talking about the same, Rajesh Kumar who is set to play a vital role on the show, shares, "Even though Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai looks somewhat like Comedy Nights with Kapil, it is not a copy. Tu Mere Agal Bagal is different in every aspect. It has a live audience but the actors will not interact with them. The set is entirely different as viewers will see three families and their rooms together at one time. There are no promotions happening on our show."

"We can say that Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai and Comedy Nights with Kapil are siblings. They have come from the same mother. So we cannot compare two siblings as they have their own peculiarities, we cannot compare these two shows," Rajesh clarifies further.
On being asked whether he is about being compared to Kapil Sharma, he instantly replied, "Like I said earlier, no one is going to get compared as Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai is different from Comedy Nights with Kapil."
Only time will tell whether Tu Mere Agal Bagal Hai succeeds in grabbing eye balls.
