The countdown to witness one of the most controversial reality shows on the small screen Bigg Boss 8 has begun. Names of celebs from interesting walks of life have been doing the rounds but the makers like always are not ready yet to disclose anything before the show goes on-air. However, the latest news that we have received about a contestant who will be apparently part of the show is Mr. Gay International 2014. Yes, you read it right. Like every year, this year too a contestant from the LGBT community has allegedly been roped in to participate in the show.
Let's take a look at few other LGBT contestants who were a part of the previous seasons of Bigg Boss.

Colors most controversial show Bigg Boss always witnesses one or the other LGBT contestants on the show. Thus, here we compile few LGBT contestants from the seasons of Bigg Boss so far.
Bobby Darling: Bobby (Pankaj Sharma before transitioning) is an 'Indian trans woman' actress seen in Bollywood, TV and regional entertainment industry. Before transitioning into a woman, Bobby appeared in the Limca Book of Records for doing 18 roles as a gay man by the time he was 23 years. Bobby Darling was seen in season one of Bigg Boss and claimed fame through the show.

Laxmi Narayan Tripathi- Laxmi is a transgender rights activist, president of NGO DAI Welfare which is the first registered organisation for eunuchs. Laxmi is the first transgender person to represent Asia Pacific in the UN. She was part of Bigg Boss season 5. Laxmi bonded well with all the contestants in the house and was famous for her takiya kalams. Aaprt from Bigg Boss, Laxmi was also seen on Imagine TV's reality show Sach Ka Saamna and had also made appearance on many talk shows.

Begum Nawazish Ali- Saleem Ali is a bi-sexual man. He is fondly known for his alter-ego Begum Nawazish Ali. He anchors a Pakistani Television show. He is also a scriptwriter and impressionist. He is known for his show titled Late Night with Begum Nawazish Ali. Begum was part of Bigg Boss season 4 and sustained for a decent number of days. While being in the house, he gained support of his co contestants and also from the audience. Ali as a cross dresser is known for asking provocative questions to his guest on the show. He was caught in a controversy and once also landed in a lock up as he was accused of beating up his mother.

Imam Siddhiqui- Imam Siddhiqui, a gay contestant of Bigg Boss season 6 is an Indian fashion stylist. He received considerable press attention for his stint on Bigg Boss. For him one can say, you can hate him, you can love him but you cannot ignore him. Imam Siddhiqui benefited immensely from the reality show as he was showered with many Bollywood offers once he was out of the house. Imam continued to take 'pangas' with Salman Khan even after his exit from the show as he wrote about Salman's deep involvement in the show.

Vivek Mishra- An Indian gymnast, Vivek Mishra is popularly as a nude yoga guru. He made an appearance on Bigg Boss season 7. However, he could not stay in the house for more days and had to make an exit from the house immediately after 2 weeks. He was not doing what he was asked to do in the Bigg Boss house, claimed the host Salman Khan. Mishra was honoured with a 2008-09 Laxman award for his athletic achievements at the national and international level.

Rohit Verma- Rohit Verma is a gay Indian designer and was part of Bigg Boss season 3. Rohit spilled the beans once he was out of the house and made controversial headlines revealing the partial behavior of the contestants in the house. He is acclaimed for his designing talent as he majorly designs for all top Bollywood actresses and holds various fashion shows. Apart from Bigg Boss, he was also part of Imagine TV's Zor Ka Jhatka.

VJ Andy- VJ Andy (Anand Vijay Kumar) from the United States is a host/ VJ for many realities show. He got his first break when he appeared on pop video 'Kaliyon Ka Chaman' and was seen entertaining the audiences in Bigg Boss 7. Andy became popular for his antics and of-course for his naara ' Vote for Andy'. Andy was recently seen as one of the participants on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and also hosted India's Got Talent with Bharti Singh.
