Happy New Year: All set to join the 100 crore club

This Diwali, Shah Rukh Khan's blazing cracker of a film - Happy New Year, has worked wonders at the box-office. According to a Times of India report, the film got an opening of approximately Rs 44.97 crore.

And on the second day of its release too, Happy New Year has managed to gross an impressive figure at the box-office. According to a report on Koimoi.com, early estimates suggested that the film has collected approximately Rs 38 crore at the ticket windows. Slowly inching towards the coveted Rs 100 crore figure, HNY has so far collected a whopping Rs 82.97 crore. The ensemble cast and festive season seem to have effectively added to the film's collections.
