It is that time of the year again when Santa returns and some of us hopeless romantics still hang a pair of stockings in the hope of a wish getting fulfilled or just a surprise gift that will bring a smile on our faces. Paridhi Sharma has touched new heights of stardom with the portrayal of a powerful queen Jodha in Jodha Akbar. The actress enjoyed the long Christmas vacation during school days. "Christmas for me means cake, chocolates, decorations, good wishes and blessings! This time as I will be shooting on Christmas, all of us Mughal begums will celebrate it together. During my school time there always used to be gala celebrations on this occasion and for me the most exciting part was the long vacation that followed," recalls Paridhi.

Mohit Malik aka Samrat from Doli Armanon Ki, who has redefined negative roles on the small screen, is upbeat about planning a holiday on Christmas. Mohit says, "Last year we had a superb potluck party at my place where all of my friends came over; got gifts and at the end of the party, we randomly distributed gifts, which was a lot of fun. This year, if things work out I might be planning a destination holiday abroad for Christmas."

Neha Marda, who plays Urmi in Doli Armanon Ki, says, "Christmas this year is definitely going to be with friends and family and my husband is also going to be with me in Bombay. Honestly, for me all my Christmas days have been very memorable and for the last 9 years, I have celebrated it in Bombay, where we have usually had a nice get-together like a house party at a friend's place. Also, ever since I got married every Christmas, there has been something new and special planned for me by my husband."

Beautiful Additi Gupta, who is currently seen as Sanam in Qubool Hai, is very excited about the festival. Additi plans to celebrate it with her friends. She says, "I have a couple of friends Mumbai and will celebrate the festival with them. We have a Secret Santa tradition between us, where we give each other gifts anonymously. I look forward to wearing red and white around this time of the year as Christmas sets the tone!"

The gorgeous Surbhi Jyoti aka Sanam of Qubool Hai shares some beautiful memories from her childhood. The actress says that Christmas was the most special time for her. "When I was a kid, Christmas used to be a very special time for me. I used to go to my naani's place and there, I'd be showered with gifts and goodies. This year I'll spend some time with my loved ones," said Surbhi.

Nia Sharma also has fond memories of the festival. "The most memorable Christmas times were during my childhood when we'd wear Santa caps and my mom would leave gifts for me which I believed were from Santa! It used to be a really exciting occasion for me and I've spent some memorable moments during this festival, every year. This year, I'll be spending some time with my friends to celebrate the Christmas spirit."
