Akaash Vani is Nushrat Bharucha's third film and second with director Luv Ranjan. Relatively new to the film industry, Nushrat's been highly appreciated for her work in Love, Sex Aur Dhoka and Pyaar Ka Punchnama but with credit comes criticism.
Although she was highly appreciated by film critics and a popular entertainment channel for her work, Nushrat's aunt thought differently.
Says the actress, "I was watching this popular journalist give me good reviews on TV for my performance in LSD when my aunt who was sitting there turned to me and said I needed acting lessons! I was horrified. She further said I was a really bad actress. There I was thinking to myself, how could two people give such opposite reviews? I was confused. But I realized everybody has a mind to think and react differently. Acting is an emotion which ahs to be felt. Some feel it, some don't! I just take these things with a pinch of salt!"
Adding, "I've realized my best and worst critic is my director. If eh says the shot's good, I wont do a re-take".
