Ameesha Patel, who felt the need for a break from her hectic work routine in Mumbai, booked herself on a flight to London and later headed to meet family in Paris. A source said, "In London, Ameesha had a blast. She shopped for some of her favourite things. She was accompanied by a few of her closest friends."

Her next halt, Paris, is said to be her favourite destination. The actress confessed to her friends about her love for the clean streets and cafes there, not to forget the French cuisine. And she couldn't get enough of the world's most romantic city. Back in Mumbai, the actress is looking forward to Race 2.

The source added, "Ameesha has a cute role in the film. The length of role is small but the feedback on it is tremendous."Ameesha will also begin work on on her maiden production venture, Desi Magic.

Interestingly, her character in her movie is called Sonia, the same screen name she had in Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai. A marathon schedule has been planned in Turkey. The film was to be shot in the UK initially, but the unpredictable weather there compelled her to move to Turkey instead. There are portions that will be shot in Punjab too.

Also, after shooting for her upcoming thriller in Turkey, Ameesha was floored by the locales there. The songs for her production have already been recorded and the actress will start working on her look and costumes soon.
