Strunz and Farah to play for Delhi

Music aficionados in Delhi are in for a royal treat with globally renowned acoustic guitarists and Grammy nominees Jorge Strunz and Ardeshir Farah performing in the city this week. Known as veterans of the Montreal Jazz Festival and winners of the World Billboard Music Awards, they've performed live to an audience of 80,000.

Strunz and Farah have created an eclectic blend of music; bringing dynamism to the traditional acoustic guitar. Their music has Afro-Caribbean, Latin American, Flamenco, Middle Eastern and Jazz influences that has left audiences the world over spellbound.

Says Shom Jagtiani, director, Indigo Live, "It's an honour to host such prolific musicians in our country, as part of the Music Gurus concert series. The event is powered by Godrej Properties and supported by Mercury Advisors.''

Strunz and Farah will perform in Delhi on Wednesday, December 5, at the Siri Fort Auditorium at 7pm.
