The winners of the Bangalore Times Film Awards 2012, in each of the 14 categories, have been selected based on your vote, on www.itimes.com/polls and ours. Historical film Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna has won the top honour in the Best Film category. The film has also won its director and lead actor the Best director and the Best actor (Male) awards. "Thanks to everyone who voted me the Best Actor. I will try to do even better and entertain you more in the future," said Darshan. Priya Mani's role as a pair of conjoined twins in Charulatha fetched her the Best Actor (Female) award. "All my fans, and everyone who voted for me — thank you so much for your love and support. This is really important, so that I can continue to entertain you in the future," she said.
