Aditya, who got off on a sticky note with flops like Action Replayy and Guzaarish, finally earned super success with Aashiqui 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani earlier this year.
He also has the backing of one big daddy and a corporate giant in Bollywood.
A source informed, "Having earned well, Aditya bought a flat at Carter Road, Bandra. It's a two-bedroom-hall-kitchen home, where the actor lives independently. Aditya is proud of it."
The actor's other indulgence is a pair of fancy wheels. "The home and the car are like a windfall," our source added.
