As the evening of the most coveted award ceremony of the country came to an end, many stars could not stop themselves from expressing their disappointment over not winning an award. Anupam Kher who was nominated in the Best Supporting Actor (Male) category for his epic portrayal of a fake CBI officer expressed his sadness over not winning the award.

Actress Divya Dutta who received critical acclaim for the portrayal of Milkha Singh's sister in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, was very confident of her win. "I never won a Filmfare award and I want to walk away with the black lady today. All my co- nominees are great but I don't want to be nice. I'm rooting for Farhan Akhtar and Bhaag Mikha Bhaag all the way. I am super excited and really wish to win this and I am not going to be humble about it"

However as Supriya Pathak outnumbered nominees for the category and won the award for the Best Supporting Actress, Divya took to twitter again to express her sadness. "I think I'll take inspiration from Meryl steep nw.nominated always but trophy nai dete.jokes apart.happy fr supriya ji.respect, she tweeted."
